Iloilo, Philippines — November 17, 2025 | Mulave Studios, Inc. is now officially accredited and registered by TESDA to conduct EBET Apprenticeships for the 2D Animation NC III program.
Under Republic Act No. 12063, the EBET Framework Act was signed into law in November 2024 by President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. The law is designed to expand enterprise-based training opportunities, encourage industry participation in curriculum development, and enhance on-the-job training and apprenticeship programs. Its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) provide guidelines for collaboration between TESDA, enterprises, and TVET institutions to ensure the country’s workforce is equipped with skills aligned with industry demands. Mulave Studios, Inc., with its history of coordinating workshops and training sessions, qualifies as an enterprise under the EBET Apprenticeship program for 2D Animation. Moving forward, the studio plans to implement future apprenticeship cohorts through Mulave Studios Academy, its dedicated arm for managing internships, workshops, trainings, and educational sessions.
The Certificate of TVET Program Registration for Mulave’s 2D Animation NC III was granted on October 24, 2025, and officially released to the studio on November 14, 2025.
With this certification, Mulave Studios will continue nurturing aspiring 2D animators, shaping the next generation of digital creatives for the industry.
