Guimaras, Philippines — October 20, 2025 | A new milestone for local employment has been reached in Guimaras with the successful launch of the Kabataan First 2.0 Online Job Portal, held at the Guimaras Provincial Capitol. The upgraded platform is designed to make job searching easier and more inclusive for all Guimarasnons—empowering both the youth and the general workforce to connect with meaningful employment opportunities.
The Kabataan First 2.0 platform is an upgraded version of the province’s original job portal, developed through a partnership between PESO–Province of Guimaras and Mulavex of Mulave Studios, Inc. This collaboration aimed to create a user-friendly digital system that effectively bridges the gap between job seekers and employers.
During the launch, partner employers were also invited to participate, giving them the opportunity to easily discover potential employees and streamline their hiring process. The portal doesn’t only serve applicants—it also functions as a registration and monitoring system for employers, allowing them to post job openings, track applicants, and manage recruitment more efficiently.
“The Kabataan First 2.0 Job Portal is our response to the evolving needs of both job seekers and employers,” said representatives from PESO-Guimaras. “Through our partnership with Mulavex, we’ve created a tool that supports our local workforce and strengthens community connections.”
