The Mulave Internship Program is designed to support and develop aspiring digital creatives through hands-on mentorship from industry professionals. Throughout the program, interns engage in activities aligned with their assigned departments, allowing them to gain practical experience and a deeper understanding of real-world creative industry practices.

The program follows a trimester format, with each term composed of different batches of interns aligned with the academic calendars of our partner universities. Through the Mulave Internship Program, student interns may fulfill their internship requirements with Mulave while we work together to shape ideas into the reality of tomorrow.

We strictly assess each applicant’s first impression when submitting their application to our Internship Program. For the requirements, we ask applicants to prepare the following for their submissions.

2. Resume
3. Portfolio
4. Application Letter
5. Recommendation Letter from your OJT Coordinator or University

Kindly review all your requirements upon the submission of your application. Insufficient requirements will not be catered and will result to the disqualification of your application.

Mulave’s Internship Program is open to students who are required to complete an internship as part of their academic curriculum. We cater primarily to students pursuing fields within the creative industry, particularly those in Multimedia Production and Product Design.

This includes, but is not limited to, areas such as Web Development, Graphic Design, Branding and Marketing, 3D Modeling and Production, Post-production, and Animation. Applicants should have a strong interest in creative work and a willingness to learn in a collaborative studio environment.

To give a brief idea of whom we’ve onboarded, our previous interns came from programs such as:

• BS in Information Technology;
• BS in Computer Science;
• BS in Digital Media and Interactive Arts;
• BS in Entertainment & Multimedia Computing;
• BS in Advertising; and
• Many more

Applicants are required to prepare and complete all necessary application requirements. Once completed, applicants may submit their requirements to Mulave’s designated internship email. 

All submissions will be initially reviewed by Mulave’s Internship Managers and subsequently endorsed to the Internship Directors for further evaluation. Qualified applicants will then be contacted to schedule a one-on-one interview at the Mulave Studios, Inc. office. Details about the interview will be disclosed within the email.

Once the interview has been conducted, applicants will be assessed based on the submitted materials, portfolio, and overall presentation as a future professional in the Digital Creatives Industry. Successful candidates will be notified via email and guided through the onboarding process as an official Student Intern of Mulave Studios, Inc.

Mulave Studios, Inc. is a rising premier digital creatives studio here at the city of Gastronomy— Iloilo City. Here at Mulave, we work with our sub-studios to achieve that captivating digital experience and visual storytelling through the services that we provide. Qualifying interns will be deployed to their respective sub-studio to align and follow with the practices of industry professionals in their respective fields. With this in mind, each submission will be sorted based on which sub-studio is a good choice for the intern to be deployed in.

As a growing studio within Iloilo’s continuously evolving creative space, Mulave limits the number of interns accepted per term based on the availability of workspace, resources, and technology. As such, applicants are expected to have access to their own portable devices and appropriate equipment to support their internship work. While certain materials, such as software, may be provided on a temporary basis, an intern’s ability to keep pace with the program will largely depend on the capabilities of the hardware they use.
